• Identically sized expansion to the chilled water production facility above sited in a building immediately adjacent to the CHP building.
• CHP plant - Civil, Structural, Mechanical design and detailing and specifications of foundations, buildings, fuel storage and supply system
• Design and detailing of a new compressed air generation facility - Layout, civil, structural design and detailing.
• Cooled water system upgrade - Layout, design and specifications of civil, structural, mechanical and control systems.
• Sewage treatment works - design of lifting beams and structures to accept a maintenance crane.
• Centralised Chilled Water Production and Distribution plant (1000 TR) for use by Pharmaceutical and Chemical production departments.
